Speed Brakes front brake line kit for Yamaha XJR 1300 RP02 1999–2001, model RP02, 3-piece (as original, with ABE). These brake lines are precision-made in Germany and Switzerland to the very highest quality. You can choose brake lines for your Yamaha XJR 1300 in the standard version with silver fittings and no coating, or with coloured or chrome fittings, and with clear, transparent-coloured or solid-coloured coating. There are no limits to the appearance, while the technology is always of the highest standard. Even if you do not want a coloured coating, we recommend choosing clear coating because it protects the components the brake lines run past from scratches. As the front brake lines always change shape during braking (when the fork compresses), they often touch the front mudguard. Scratched front mudguards are therefore quite common. Coated brake lines can greatly reduce or completely prevent this. The connectors, also called fittings, are available in many colours to support your individual styling. There are almost no limits here. For the perfect appearance, we also recommend replacing the brake line banjo bolts, which you can find here in the shop.

Now to the crucial technical point. Braided stainless steel brake lines give you significantly better control of your XJR 1300 as you approach its limits. Brake modulation becomes more sensitive, you get a better feel at the brake lever and better feedback from the braking system. Braided stainless steel brake lines can also improve your XJR’s braking performance.
