The most important thing on a motorcycle is to see and be seen. These new LED headlights offer a light output not previously available. They even include a cornering light, keeping the road very well illuminated. Also ideal as an upgrade if the standard headlight's output is inadequate.

The daytime running light fitted in the Reno Type 8 works completely independently. No additional activation or switching on is needed. Its control is integrated into the headlight. All requirements are therefore met, and installation is as straightforward as with any other headlight.

Modern LED technology brings many innovations and improvements to motorcycle headlights. The integrated cornering light provides significantly better illumination through bends, adding considerable active safety by giving you a better-lit field of view and a clearer view into and beyond the bend. These are the clear benefits of the Highsider Reno LED headlight with cornering light. The static cornering light is activated purely by the vehicle's lean angle. It illuminates in addition to main and dipped beam. Two ellipsoidal lenses combined with powerful LEDs turn night into day, combining a major safety benefit with a unique appearance. The headlight has a metal housing and is available in chrome with a clear lens or black with a smoked lens. Naturally, the HIGHSIDER LED headlight with daytime running, position and cornering lights is E-approved.

Switching from daytime running light to dipped beam works as follows:
Briefly operate the main-beam/headlight flasher button (approximately 1 second), then release it once dipped beam is active. Dipped beam will then remain on.

Note:
The included resistor is designed for the R nineT (2014), but may also be suitable for other motorcycle models.
This resistor prevents the parking-light error message.
