Hyperpro fork spring kit with oil for the Yamaha XJR 1200 “SP”! You can recognise it by the spring preload adjuster on the fork!

Our riding tests with Hyperpro springs in the XJR 1200 SP confirm an extraordinary improvement in handling! The original XJR 1200 fork springs are simply much too soft for us Central Europeans, and fork feedback is virtually non-existent! You cannot feel the road and have no feel for the front wheel. Hyperpro springs change this significantly! If you are quite light (e.g. 70kg), we recommend Wilbers springs, as they have a slightly softer set-up.

As already explained in the shock absorber description, Hyperpro has become a major name in suspension, as its fork springs, shock springs and combination spring kits also demonstrate. For the Hyperpro XJR 1200 and XJR 1300 springs, you can choose between fork springs supplied as a kit with the correct oil, shock springs that simply replace the XJR’s original springs, and the combination kit containing fork springs with oil plus rear replacement springs. Whichever XJR spring kit you choose, excellent fitting instructions and detailed setting instructions are always included to make setting up the springs in your XJR easier. No other manufacturer offers this service. The fork springs are always supplied with the correct fork oil, so the manufacturer can also ensure that the specified settings work as intended. As already mentioned, these springs suit the XJR superbly. If you like sporty riding, Hyperpro’s strongly progressive springs are perfect. They cover a very wide range and are therefore ideally equipped for different rider weights and loads.
