Product information "Inlet manifolds with adapter Yamaha XJR 1300 RP06–RP10"

Tuning inlet manifold set Yamaha XJR 1300 RP06 & XJR 1300 RP10. The tuning inlet manifolds for Yamaha XJR 1300 models from 2002–2006 have an internal diameter of 32mm, approximately 4mm larger than standard. This increases power by around 5–8 BHP. The adapter kit is required to allow the carburettor and air filter to be mounted further forward, as the standard inlet manifolds are longer. These inlet manifolds and adapters are also included in Tuningkit II for the Yamaha XJR 1300 RP06 & RP10.

In our experience, retuning the carburettor is not necessary. As these are tuning inlet manifolds, they do not officially have road approval. However, for the RP06 we offer a power test report (item no. 38-1084) that allows them to be entered in the vehicle documents. If approval eligibility is important to you, we recommend the XJR inlet manifolds item no. 38-1139, or the OEM inlet manifolds 5EA135862000 & 5EA135962000.
